Important information about free visits to Smilepark:
If private room 1 and private room 2 are both booked, free visits are not possible at that time. If only one of the two private rooms is booked, free visits are still open. More information can be found here, if you have any questions, write to us in the website chat.

Rules and additional information.

Private rooms 1 and 2 are located on the second floor of our park: each room is intended for only one party. Please note that when private rooms are booked, free admission is not available. Another birthday party may take place simultaneously on the second floor in another private room, so only the room is booked privately, while the play area on the first floor is shared by all guests.
For birthday preparations, we expect you 10 minutes before the party starts and please consider the exact end time of the birthday party when leaving. Including preparation and departure time, you have 3 hours and 10 minutes at your disposal.
– For every exceeded 10 minutes, an additional 20 EUR must be paid.
– For exceeded time, an extra fee must be paid and if possible, the time can be extended (30 min. = 40 EUR)
Private rooms meet all requirements and are comfortable and cozy. The room has a large kitchenette where you will find everything needed for a birthday party, microwave, spacious fridge, kettle, various dishes, juice jugs, knives, cake servers.
Please bring disposable dishes yourself.
Birthday time can be booked through our online booking system, where you can see all available dates and times.
At Smilepark play area, birthdays can be organized every day. Bookings are available for the following times:
-> 10:00-13:00
-> 14:00-17:00
-> 18:00-21:00
There is also a late booking option, for example, for adult parties
18:00-23:00 (extension possible upon request)
Playroom rules:

Do not throw balls and soft cubes, they must always be put back into the pool both during events and free visits.
Being in the playroom is only allowed in socks.
Parents are responsible for their children.
If a child damages or soils something in the playroom, the parents are responsible for it.
We ask that small children who may still have accidents wear diapers, otherwise the parent must pay for dry cleaning.
Face painting (face makeup) is prohibited in our room.

*If you want to invite your animator, an additional fee of 15 euros will be charged.

The booking fee is 50 euros, which will be deducted from the total birthday cost, and the remaining amount should be paid on site in cash or by contactless card payment before the party starts or to the account 2 days before the party.

In case of birthday cancellation, the prepayment is non-refundable. The prepayment can be used within one year.
