SMILEPARK.EE (hereinafter Webshop) owner is FUN DAY OÜ (registration code 16447105), Legal address Purje tn 8 Pirita linnaosa, Tallinn Harju maakond 74206, Estonia and SmilePark playroom is located at Metsa tee 1 Iru, 74206 Harju maakond, Estonia.
Validity of sales contract, product and price information
Terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
Booking conditions
The rental price of the service includes the use of the birthday room according to the previously booked time and all guests can stay in the Smilepark play center for 3 hours. If there are more guests at the party than the birthday room is designed for, no additional fee is required. Entrance to the play area is free for parents. Guests of the birthday room may bring their own food and drinks or use Smilepark catering services. The internal rules of the birthday rooms can be found here.
FUN DAY OÜ does not provide childcare services. Children are under the responsibility of the parent or the person who booked the birthday room, including when the party is conducted by a Peojuht. For safety reasons, we ask parents to monitor the activities of all children at their party.
Placing an order through the website
To order the service, a booking must be made through the Smilepark website booking system. To place an order, select the appropriate products and services and fill in the required fields. Then the amount (€) will be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via bank link. If you choose the option to pay only the booking fee of 50 € when making the reservation, the remaining room rent is paid on site by card or cash. Additional services are paid on site by card or cash due to the later confirmation of the service. The birthday room booking becomes valid from the moment of payment. If the booked time or additional activity cannot be provided, the buyer will be notified and the paid money will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after sending the notice.

Cancellation conditions
To change or cancel a booking, you must notify us in writing at the email address [email protected] more than 48 hours before the booking. In case of birthday cancellation, the advance payment is non-refundable. The advance payment can be used within one year.
Direct marketing and personal data processing
The company uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, email address, etc.) only for processing the order and providing the service. SMILEPARK.EE is the data controller. SMILEPARK.EE forwards the necessary data for payment processing to the authorized processor EveryPay. The company does not disclose the customer's personal data to third parties.
Smilepark sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed consent to receive direct mail notifications in the corresponding field on the booking form. FUN DAY OÜ is the data controller. FUN DAY OÜ forwards the necessary data for payment processing to the authorized processor EveryPay. The buyer can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent by email at any time by notifying us via email or following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.
Dispute resolution
If the buyer has complaints regarding Smilepark, they should be sent by email to [email protected] or call the phone number: +372 5691 6006.
If the buyer and the company cannot resolve the dispute through agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can review the procedure conditions and submit an application here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Webshop. Reviewing the buyer's complaint at the committee is free of charge.
The buyer may turn to the European Union platform for resolving consumer disputes side.
